Terms of Service

By accessing and using SVGenie, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

SVGenie provides a suite of tools for print-on-demand sellers, including:

• AI-powered SVG generation: We use artificial intelligence to create unique silhouette designs based on your input categories.
• Etsy listing creation: SVGenie can connect to your Etsy shop and create product listings on your behalf, using designs and listing details you provide and approve.
• Pinterest pin creation: SVGenie can connect to your Pinterest account and create pins that promote your Etsy listings, using content you have reviewed and approved.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old to create an account

SVGenie operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate SVG designs and can be purchased through our platform.

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased
• Credits do not expire
• Pricing may change with notice
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe

SVGenie allows you to connect third-party platforms such as Etsy and Pinterest to your account. By connecting these platforms, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Authorization: You authorize SVGenie to access your connected accounts and perform actions on your behalf, limited to the features provided by our service (creating Etsy listings, creating Pinterest pins).
• Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content posted through SVGenie to third-party platforms (including images, titles, descriptions, and links) does not violate the terms of service or policies of those platforms, or any applicable laws.
• Third-party terms apply: Your use of Etsy, Pinterest, and any other connected platform is also governed by those platforms' own terms of service and policies. It is your responsibility to review and comply with those terms. SVGenie is not a party to your agreements with third-party platforms.
• User approval required: SVGenie will not publish content to any connected platform without your explicit review and approval. You are responsible for each action you approve.
• Disconnection: You may disconnect any third-party platform from your SVGenie account at any time. Upon disconnection, SVGenie will immediately stop accessing that platform on your behalf and delete the associated authentication tokens.
• Platform availability: SVGenie relies on third-party APIs to provide integration features. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms that may affect the availability or functionality of these integrations.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the SVG designs generated through our service. We grant you a commercial license to use, modify, and distribute the designs you create.

Your Listings and Pins: You retain ownership of the content in your Etsy listings and Pinterest pins. By using our service to create listings and pins, you grant SVGenie a limited, non-exclusive license to transmit that content to the respective platforms solely for the purpose of performing the actions you have requested.

Our Content: The SVGenie platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Use SVGenie to post content that violates the terms or policies of any connected third-party platform
• Connect third-party accounts that you do not own or are not authorized to manage
• Use SVGenie to engage in spam, misleading practices, or any form of platform manipulation on connected services

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

SVGENIE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT CONTENT PUBLISHED TO THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS THROUGH OUR SERVICE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE, WILL NOT BE REMOVED BY THE PLATFORM, OR WILL COMPLY WITH THE PLATFORM'S POLICIES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING COMPLIANCE WITH EACH PLATFORM'S TERMS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SVGENIE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM ACTIONS TAKEN ON THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS ON YOUR BEHALF, PLATFORM OUTAGES, API CHANGES, OR ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• SVGenie will stop accessing any connected third-party platforms on your behalf
• Associated authentication tokens for third-party platforms will be deleted
• You will retain ownership of any content previously created through the service

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through a prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
