• Listing data from your connected Etsy shop, limited to listings created through SVGenie
• Pinterest account identifiers, board information, and pin metadata for pins created through SVGenie

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process your transactions and manage your account
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Respond to your comments and questions
• Generate and store your SVG designs
• Create and publish Etsy listings on your behalf using your connected Etsy account
• Create Pinterest pins on your behalf using your connected Pinterest account, based on listings you have reviewed and approved
• Synchronize data between your connected third-party platforms as part of our service functionality (for example, using an Etsy listing's title, description, and images to create a Pinterest pin)

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Your data is stored securely and encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Your SVG designs are stored in our secure cloud storage and are only accessible by you through your account.

Third-party authentication tokens (such as Etsy and Pinterest OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption (AES-256) and are stored separately from other account data. These tokens are only decrypted at the moment they are needed to make authorized API calls on your behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Service providers who assist in our operations (e.g., payment processing via Stripe)
• Legal authorities when required by law
• Other parties with your explicit consent

Third-party platform data transmission: When you connect your Etsy or Pinterest account and use our integration features, we transmit data to those platforms on your behalf as part of the core service functionality. This includes:

• Sending listing data (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) to Etsy to create shop listings
• Sending pin data (titles, descriptions, images, destination links) to Pinterest to create pins on your boards

This data transmission is initiated by you when you approve and confirm each action. We do not share, sell, or provide your data to these platforms for any purpose other than performing the actions you have explicitly requested.

When you connect external services to SVGenie, your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies:

We encourage you to review these policies. SVGenie is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.

• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Disconnect any third-party platform from your SVGenie account at any time, which will revoke our ability to act on your behalf on that platform and delete the associated tokens from our systems

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our service and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Third-party OAuth tokens are retained for as long as the connection is active. When you disconnect a third-party platform, the associated tokens are deleted immediately.
• Generated SVG designs and listing data are retained for as long as your account is active, unless you request earlier deletion.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our platform.
